Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Bronker ("Bronker," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and shares information in connection with Bronker, an on-chain marketplace for token launches and NFT packs (the "Platform").
Bronker helps creators go live with a token and collection and helps collectors trade, unlock art and earn into NFT backpacks. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Bronker, we may collect:
- Wallet information. Public blockchain addresses you connect to the Platform, and related on-chain activity visible on public networks.
- Usage data. Pages visited, features used, referral sources, device and browser type and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Communications. Information you send us if you contact support or interact with our team.
- Cookies and similar tech. Limited cookies or local storage used for preferences, security and analytics.
We do not require traditional account credentials (such as email and password) to browse the marketing site. On-chain interactions are public by nature; blockchain transactions are outside our control once confirmed.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, maintain and improve Bronker
- Enable features such as pack discovery, token launches, trading, vaults and backpacks
- Secure the Platform, prevent abuse and debug issues
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests
- Communicate with you about product updates when you have asked us to
4. On-chain data
Bronker may display public market and wallet data so you can explore packs and interact with on-chain markets. That does not change the public nature of blockchain records. Do not submit secrets, private keys, seed phrases or sensitive personal data through the Platform.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us host, analyze or secure the Platform
- Blockchain networks and third-party protocols you choose to interact with through Bronker
- Authorities when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of users and Bronker
- Parties involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. On-chain data remains on public ledgers indefinitely and is not controlled by us.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we control. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for securing your wallets, devices and private keys.
8. Your choices
You may disconnect your wallet at any time. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information we hold. To exercise those rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Children
Bronker is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Bronker after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
12. Contact
For privacy questions, contact Bronker through the support channels published on the Platform or official Bronker communication channels.
